Shipping Terms and General Information

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $99.95 with Standard UPS Ground Shipping in the Continental U.S.

Before we ship your order, we process your order, and verify your credit card information. If we can not process your order we will contact you. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank. Actual shipping times vary by your location, product and ship method. If the item you order is out of stock we will email you with an update on the status of your order. All orders will be processed during normal business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be received within 7 days of original receipt date. All returns are for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. All credits will be processed within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) upon receipt. Credits are for the original purchase price less original shipping and in some cases a 15% restocking fee. If for any reason the customer refuses to accept delivery the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges in addition to a 15% restocking fee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in its original condition with packaging to Panda Sport via an insured, trackable shipping service or you may return the merchandise to our retail store within 7 days from the receipt of your order. Panda Sport reserves the right to limit quantities on any item ordered.

Pricing Policy

Panda Sport does NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, there maybe some incorrectly priced items on our website. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We reserve the right to change online pricing at any time.

In some cases, orders will fail that have incorrect information (such as address or credit card expiration date). If this is the case, the order will not be processed, you will not be charged, but the items will remain in your shopping cart.

Out-of-Stock Items

Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally sell out of particular items after it has been ordered. In that case, we will notify you as quickly as possible and you will not be charged for that item. If your order contains multiple items, we will adjust the out-of-stock item off of your order so that we can send the remaining items out to you without delay.

Delivery of Your Items

Delivery of your items can take generally anywhere from 3-8 full business days, depending on your location. Items are only shipped during regular business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). If you receive an e-mail notifying you that your items have been shipped during a weekend or federal holiday, they will not actually be shipped until the following business day.

Cancelling Orders

After you have placed your order, your order will be entered into our system to be processed. If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please call (718) 238-4919 or email us atcustomerservice@pandasportdirect.com, so that we can put a stop to your order as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to assist you in changing your order or canceling your order. We fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. So once your order has been shipped the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
